When one is enrolled into the Brotherhood, he is placed as Private in the Military Division, and as a Student in the Training Division. he is assigned a Master. The Following is what the Master should go over with a Student.

As the student is a beginner, one would first go about training the student 10 words plus turn based FFRP { Free Forum rp= no dice }. This means that Attacks, and defense posts are to be no less than 10 words. As one progresses in training, he is to be tranied 30 words plus, to 2 chat posts plus. Upon reaching this goal, he is then to attack or defend in no less than 5 chat posts plus. Also, the rebound system is an idea of my own, in which one posts his reaction to the oppnent's attack, then his regrouping, then moveing on to his own attack, all inside one action post. ( An action post is everything within ::this..and..this:: ') e.g.;:: ::Takes the hit, falls back, gets up charges then attacks:: Makeing this rebound system in 5 chat posts or more is very affective and allows you to have your own turn. e.g.; :: Man charges his blaster and aims carefully at him :: This is now your turn. Or : Man is hit and falls back, regaining his blance he growls at him:: This is now your turn. Even if you just attacked, it is his fault he wasited his turn. I want these things to be gone over and over untill your student has gotten it and you are postive he can hadle himself in a spar by himslef. Also your student must be creative, and imaginative. He cannot have only one attack, or use only one out he can handle himself in a spar by himself. Also your student must be creative, and imaginative. When I was just beginning, I only had one attack, the TK blast. I didn't get far. Use your imagination, and make sure your student does as well. As soon as you believe your student has arrived at his better fighting styles, you are to declare to him he has been promoted to Warrior, and then tell me. Sparring Rules No kills between Guild members. Only on AAs or DMs with mun's permission. OOC in chats is only allowed if one has everyone's permission, do not use mun brackets in chats. Only through IMs. Mode ::after5 consecutive blocks/dogdes/counters.
